Absolutely love my new @bei.print.london prints! I love these canto phrases and they will be proudly displayed on my wall!
HALLO SOURDOUGH PIZZA!
Last night’s Ras el Hanout slow roasted lamb (because I was too engrossed in Line of Duty to post this yesterday) was 👌🏼And those tiktok potatoes (accordion potatoes) were so worth it! The lamb shoulder was from the local butcher and thanks to @boroughandfox for the oyster mushrooms that I sautéed in butter and some foraged wild garlic. I shall be eating this for the rest of the week!
A gorjus warm, sunny day at @umbersladefarmpark with the Spatulas (@membleline). A gentle walk in the sunshine and some baa lambs made it a perfect way to spend Easter Sunday.
Crucifix Buns™️
This week I decided to treat myself to some delicious wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) from @minamoto_london because, you know, I missed going to Japan last year 😂 The blooming cherry blossoms have really made me reminisce about the amazing times I’ve had there so these little treats are a reminder to me that Japan will be there when it is safe to travel again. I got myself a whole box of white peach mochi, a momowakahime (whole peach mochi) and a kingyo with little ‘fish’ swimming inside! Cannot wait to eat my way through all of these!
